Why is the topic I want to reply to already closed?

Continuing the discussion from Questionable theories in Yasha Levine's Surveillance Valley:

Indeed, that might be an issue. Should I extend the auto-close topic delay to one month? The idea is to be able to introduce new topics and see if the conversation picks up. But of course there are many topics coming up and not everyone is coming as often as I do. I thought one week would be a good compromise, but I can understand that one month is much fairer for most of us.

Does it make sense?

And would you like to merge the above topic with the original one that was closed, @lynx?

I removed the timer on #participation.

If you find a closed topic that you want to revive, simply ask, or create a new topic and a moderator can move it to the existing topic.
