Water quality testing kits are provided separately, at a current cost of £50 per full starter kit and £15 per refill pack (0% VAT).
Si tu ne fait pas partie d’un groupe « locale », tu ne peux pas demander, ni même payer pour le kits. J’ai tout essayé depuis 3 jours.
Ils poussent donc à créer en payant des groupes locaux.

Thank you very much for submitting our New Group Enquiry Form today.
We are delighted that your group in Brittany are interested in joining our global FreshWater Watch project. It would be our pleasure to set you up and provide you with access to water quality testing kits and our online data-sharing platform. Please see the next steps outlined below.
If you are happy to set up as a self-funded group, your initial setup fee of £400 (0% VAT) will cover:
- A bespoke setup for your group on our FreshWater Watch platformhttp://www.freshwaterwatch.org/, with group page, member’s area and Manager dashboard
- Full access to all online resources including the app
- Online training from our Freshwater research scientists
- Support and guidance from our IT team
Water quality testing kits are provided separately, at a current cost of £50 per full starter kit and £15 per refill pack (0% VAT). Usually each group member is given one full starter kit each, which contains enough tests to conduct monthly monitoring of one freshwater site for one year.
If you would be happy to confirm your set up, please read the attached Responsibilities and sign the Agreement. Return your signed Agreement to us at water@earthwatch.org.ukmailto:water@earthwatch.org.uk (digital signatures are fine for this).
For your setup on our FreshWater Watch platform, please confirm:
- Your group name - exactly as you would like it to appear on your group page (note that this cannot be changed later)
- A short description of your group - this will appear at the top of your group page (see herehttps://www.freshwaterwatch.org/pages/the-avon-otters for an example)
- A latitude/longitude - so that your group will appear as a pin on our public map
- A photo of your group (optional) - for social media use
Please also confirm a shipping address and invoice address, and the number of full starter kits that you would like to begin with (each kit contains 15 x tests). For extended testing or if you decide to continue your project for longer, further refill packs of 5 x tests can be purchased at any time through your online group page, or by emailing water@earthwatch.org.ukmailto:water@earthwatch.org.uk.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and welcoming you to our global FreshWater Watch community! If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask.
With thanks and best wishes,
Samantha
