There’s some issue with the Triodos bank that may be of interest with regard to GDPR Observer. Despite following the unsubscribe link to their spam it keeps coming. I don’t know how to address that or whether the GDPR Observer has means to detect and test such bad behavior. Maybe having throw away emails to subscribe and unsubscribe could be helpful in testing consent.

and, sorry twice, I think GDPR.o as automated observatory can’t really do many things against persistent spammers
