I don’t know how others feel about it, but I fear he would be pulled off reading this whole conversation we’ve been having “in his back”. Instead we should write something more constructed, benevolent, so that he feels invited to think about it and share his effort. For me this is a preliminary work, where we draft ideas. Coming up with some more constructed text would probably be helpful.
That said, I’m open to invite him here as well if you think my fears are inappropriate.
