# 3TS at systemic Justice

Continuing the discussion from [Equinox Racial and Social justice Workgroup](https://ps.zoethical.org/t/equinox-racial-and-social-justice-workgroup/7713/5):
I did a [3TS](https://3ts.lesoiseaux.io/) on june 26th 2024 5 years after I find the card game still a very useful tool to discuss technology, I think it can continue to be a basis for all workshop from p.s.:
I did a small introduction, explaining what free software was, and a few points:
- Technology the other name of capitalism
- Tech comes from domination systems and we will not change this but we can gain some agency.
- Cultural domination is superposed to technology and augments the control and domination of the later.
- Imperialist domination by some tech companies is structural not meritocratic
- The tools that are accessible are promoted by illegal means
- They are interfaced towards hiding access and user’s control capacity on the pretext of accessibility.
- Strategies of resistance that are deployed in mainstream are important but not enough.
Needs, what do we use tech for what do we need it to be:
- Communication
- Organisation
- Need for safety
Lets discuss tech from many different perspectives not only on their basis.

Can you expand this point, I find it unclear.

I guess you mean that using corporate services won’t help in the long term?

I simply mean that Uber fakebooz g\*gle etc… do not respect the law, most of the time, I really do not want to expand on it but information is quite easy to find everywhere.

Yes indeed I mean this, but it also implies more, since stopping to use corporate individualized services means associating with other groups with similar interests, creating alliances. In Fact this part is the whole aim of the workshop.

It’s only an opening an encouragement, the content steams from the card games, notes will come but they were not taken by me.

Yes I did not finish there is also the second conference that I should transcribe notes for.
